INTRODUCTION!

 Hi everyone! My name is Amanda. For a while I have been looking for a project that will keep me entertained, but at the same time will also teach me and will better my health and help me to look after my family. 

I have been following Sarah’s Day on many platforms for a while now and when she released her cookbook “Sunee Side Up” I thought what better project than working my way through all the recipes in there and giving a little review on them. And along the way make some possibly reoccurring healthy meal ideas for my family. 

So I’m going to cook all the recipes in the cookbook (not in any particular order) and give my review and how they were received by my family, if I plan to make it again and any other little tidbits I found on the road to creating the recipe. 

I get that this might not be something that everyone will be interested in but this is more for personal record also, so please keep any comments friendly and kind. Who know maybe when I’m finished this cookbook I can move on another and keep my culinary journey going.
